311 TJEMS System of Support

In order to provide clarification on general issues in the Thomas Johnson community, we have created a 311 system of support via the “TJEMS 311” form. This form should be used for low and moderate-priority questions/concerns. Questions will be answered directly to emails and added to a Frequently Asked Question page as appropriate for the greater good of the TJ community.   If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will elevate your questions or concerns to the administration team.
